PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• 8% SST will be incurred with every Package top up or purchase. 
• This promotion is available from April 1st to 30th, 2026.
• Every new Package purchased during campaign period automatically receives double Loyalty Points as follows: SINGLE 2000 points, COUPLE 4000 points, and FAMILY 6000 points, based on RM1 is equivalent to 2 points excluding SST. The double Loyalty Points will be credited to customer’s account May 1st, 2026, onwards. 
• This package is redeemable at any outlet and not transferable.
• Cashback and Validity remain respective to the Packages; extension is strictly not allowed.
• A registration fee of RM10 to join Thai Odyssey Loyalty Programme will be waived with the above promotional package.
• Validity period of Loyalty Points is 12 months from the month of purchase, thereafter any unredeemed points will be forfeited.
• Loyalty Points will be accumulated and date of validity will be updated from the month of member’s last purchase, when member’s account stays active with the purchase of any item within the validity period. 
• Loyalty Points are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. 
• Member is responsible for the safekeeping of own account and password. If there has been an unauthorised transaction performed, member is required to notify Thai Odyssey immediately.
• An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number stated in the Thai Odyssey’s membership account, for new setup of the account and update or recovery of password.
• Customers are encouraged to call for an appointment and only a 10-min grace period is allowed for late arrival. After which, the reserved slot shall be given to another person on the waiting list.
• Thai Odyssey shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the customer’s non-compliance with the terms.
• Thai Odyssey reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions stated without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the management shall be deemed final.

GENERAL PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• When there is more than one package credits in an account, the redemption will be based on first-in-first-out basis.
• Credits are accumulative when there is more than one package purchase within the validity period.
• Validity of Package will be updated according to the latest purchased Package validity or whichever has the longer validity period. Examples of scenario are as follows:
  i) Purchase SINGLE Package in May’25, and Package validity will expire in May’26.
  2nd purchase of COUPLE Package in Dec’25, and its accumulated credits validity shall expire in June’27.
  ii) Purchase FAMILY Package in May’25, and Package validity will expire in May’27.
  2nd purchase of SINGLE Package in April’26, and its accumulated credits validity shall remain expired in May’27.
• Package can be used on non-promotional à la carte services, retail products and gift voucher.
• Package is not valid for any promotional offers.
• The 8% SST is not included in the conversion of Loyalty Points.
• Loyalty Points have a validity period of 12 months, from the month of purchase.
• Loyalty Points will be accumulated when member’s account stay active with purchase of any item within the 12-month validity period, and date of validity will be updated from the month of member’s last purchase.
